Who are Changes?, I'll tell you who Changes are... Changes are a four piece HC punk band from Kuantan, a little town in Malaysia. If you like fast, raging hardcore and you enjoy being screamed at by an extremely passionate woman (Rara doesn't hold back) then you are in for a real treat. The cassettes are filled with high quality ferric tape and the duplication is done in real time so no drop in quality.
